On November 3, Boise voters will have the chance to create a $10 million fund to protect clean water and drinking water, wildlife habitat, critical open space, native plant species and enhance recreation opportunities and trails in areas like the Boise foothills and Boise River. This type of leadership is what Boise needs to create a vibrant and sustainable future.
When you vote YES for Boise for Clean Water and Open Space, you are supporting the protection of clean water, conservation of wildlife habitat and open space for recreation. You are saying “I Love Boise” and agree that it is a great place to live, work and raise a family.
This $10 million bond override levy cost the average homeowner less than $3 a month-for the levy’s two-year lifespan. The levy will be 100% transparent, subject to both a citizen’s advisory panel and an independent audit.
