Blue Heart Springs

To get to Blue Heart Springs, put in at the boat launch at Banbury Hot Springs and paddle downstream along the Snake River for about a mile. On the north side of the river about 3/4 of a mile from the boat launch, you’ll see the outflow from Box Canyon Springs. It is worth paddling up to the outflow to see the clear water coming out of the side canyon. About 1/4 mile further down the river, at a bend in the river and a caved-in area of the canyon, a narrow opening on the right (north) side of the river will lead you to Blue Heart Springs. Paddle back upstream to the boat launch to end your trip.
