Join Josh Johnson, ICL’s Central Idaho Director, for a timely discussion of the renewed and emerging threats to Idaho’s public lands in this political moment. Josh will summarize the current status of public lands takeover efforts in the West, dive into the massive impact of recent staffing cuts to our federal land management agencies, and discuss the Trump administration’s efforts to gut key environmental regulations. We will also provide some tangible ways to get involved and make your voice heard.

Josh will be joined by guest speakers Deb Cooper, former SNRA  Area Ranger and career federal land manager, as well as Kathryn Grohusky, executive director of the Sawtooth Society.
