Join us at the Ketchum Town Square in Ketchum, ID and raise your voice for Idaho’s salmon!
November 20, 2021, marks the 30 year anniversary since the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes successfully petitioned to have Snake River sockeye salmon listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. Yet, in 2021, only 4 natural adult sockeye completed the migration to Idaho waters. The extinction clock is ticking – salmon can’t wait! Vigils and gatherings will be held all over the Northwest for endangered Snake River salmon. Let’s hold decision-makers accountable for developing a salmon recovery plan that restores a free-flowing lower Snake River.
Masks and social distancing are required during the event.
